DONGGUAN, CHINA – Sep 21, 2026 — The full automatic turnkey production line combining AI vision inspection and visual counting packaging has been successfully delivered to a professional sealing component manufacturer in Italy.
This integrated line is custom-built for the client’s rubber O-rings and gaskets. It integrates visual defect inspection, automatic parts counting, and final bag packaging into one continuous workflow. It handles small sealing parts from 5mm to 35mm, solving classic industry pain points: miscounting, visual defect leakage, and low productivity from manual sorting and packing.
The AI vision inspection station detects surface blemishes, deformation and dimensional defects on rubber seals in real time. Immediately after inspection, the vision counting module performs high-precision counting, then feeds qualified parts to the automatic bag sealing machine. The whole line replaces manual inspection, counting and packaging, greatly cutting labor cost and eliminating quantity errors.
All equipment complies with CE standards for the EU market. Full factory FAT testing was completed before shipment. The whole set was packed in export fumigated wooden cases for ocean transport.
