We deployed an end-to-end visual inspection and packaging solution for a precision injection molded parts producer in Shenzhen, China, to replace its manual quality inspection process in mass production.

Parts discharged from the injection molding machine are transported via conveyor to a custom-built vibratory bowl feeder, which aligns components and feeds them steadily into the inspection station. With 8 industrial cameras covering all angles, the system performs full-dimensional measurement and comprehensive surface defect detection in one pass. Conforming parts automatically proceed to downstream packaging, while rejected (NG) parts are ejected separately and can be cleaned and re-fed for re-inspection to reduce material waste.

Built to match the high-efficiency production rhythm of Shenzhen’s manufacturing sector, the line supports non-stop 24/7 operation, eliminates human inspection errors and fatigue, cuts labor costs, and integrates seamlessly with the customer’s existing injection molding and packaging setup.
